The dedicated staff and their service. They all were very polite and helpful. They make you feel valued as customer! The hotel accepts pets and appreciates you are paying for their stay. Our two little dogs got a sleeping bed each one and a toy to play. It’s the first time I see such nice service for pets. We could bring them with us everywhere, they never complained about them and trust you will take care if they mess something. The hotel is in great shape. It’s modern, clean and well maintained. Nice pool (though it can get crowded) and spa facilities.

The hotel is close to a few good malls and restaurants and it’s easy to reach as it’s along one of the main avenues of the city The restaurant of the hotel was very good, we had a father’s day lunch there which was excellent The breakfast is very good with many options and the downstairs bar/sushi place is a nice spot to chill and have a drink
